The obligations assumed by the customer under art. 1 (Buyer obligations), together with the successful completion of payment under art. 3 (Payment methods), are considered essential. Failure to fulfil even one of these obligations shall automatically terminate the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without judicial intervention, without prejudice to the company’s right to seek compensation for further damages.
